An Evening with Anne and Pete Sibley

We had a wonderful time last night at our first Home Concert. Anne and Pete were a perfect choice. The evening was just warm enough for an intimate get-together. We were worried about having enough parking – but there was more than enough and we can look forward to accommodating lots more folks next time. Thanks so much to everyone who came! A special thanks to Dan Robbins who brought in a great PA system and also joined in with his stand up base for several songs.

Happy Blueberries!

Our first blueberry enclosure is complete and the the berries are feeling the love. It seems that every living creature wants some part of the blueberry plant so we have to completely enclose them – including from underneath! This is the first of a series of modular cages we want to build. The cage rests on 6 inch by 6 inch concrete footings so they will not rot. We got our first ripe berries this week!
